Please read through the following terms and conditions of purchase very carefully before purchasing with us.  When shopping on this site you accept the following terms and conditions. 

 Additions and alterations to orders after completion of purchase

If you wish to alter or add to your order after purchase, please email us with your requirements and changes. Please note that changing orders, pausing processing and re-sending new invoices will incur a re-processing fee of $12.95 and will extend regular processing times.

Return Policies

If your order sadly arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us via email including photographs of what you have received. We will find a fast solution. Aroma Bottles will cover shipping costs to re-send broken or incomplete orders.  It is our top priority that our customers are 100% satisfied with our products.

For hygiene reasons, Aroma Bottles does not except returns or offer refunds due to change of mind. Before submitting your order please make sure you read all descriptions and view all of the images provided for each product.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to test and check all products upon receipt.  We will gladly exchange any faulty products within 25 days of purchase. If you wish to lodge a claim please contact us via email. All faulty items are to be returned to Aroma Bottles for fault testing.  Upon receipt of faulty Items, Aroma Bottles will arrange replacement goods and send shipping invoice through to the customer for payment before re-sending. 
  • Postage of returned items will be at the responsibility of the consumer. 
  • Items that fail testing for vinegar use, user error or maltreatment will not be replaced. 

Shipping

  • Aroma Bottles ships all deliveries via couriers. Our agreement with our courier company allows us to pass on the lowest available shipping costs to our customers. 
  • Couriers are unable to deliver to PO or Parcel Boxes. In remote areas they will pass the job onto local courier companies to complete the run which may create a delivery delay. 
  • For customers needing their purchase to be shipped via Australia Post (ie. P.O or Parcel Boxes, Closed communities, Remote or rural areas) please contact us upon purchase and we will get you a quote. 
  • If Australia Post sending is requested, the customer is required to pay the full cost of shipping via Aust. Post.
